For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].What we collectRight now, this site collects exactly one thing: the email address you submit to join the waiting list.We don't currently collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal information through this site. If that changes (for example, once we launch and start taking orders), this policy will be updated to reflect it.We don't run any analytics or tracking tools on this site. Carrd, our page-hosting provider, may collect minimal technical data (such as server logs) purely to operate the site — this isn't used by us for tracking or marketing.Why we collect it, and our legal basisWe use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when Cairn Protocol launches, and for closely related updates before then (e.g. a delay, a change in launch date).Our legal basis under UK/EU GDPR is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights," below).How your data is stored and processedForm submissions are collected via Carrd's form, which feeds into Klaviyo, the platform we use to manage the waiting list and send updates. Klaviyo stores your email address on our behalf as a data processor.Klaviyo, Inc. is based in the United States (Boston, MA). Where your data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, Klaviyo relies primarily on its self-certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into its Data Processing Agreement as a backup safeguard where the Framework doesn't apply.We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.How long we keep itWe'll keep your email address until either: (a) we send the launch announcement and you don't engage further, at which point it moves into our normal customer/marketing list under a separate policy we'll show you at that point, or (b) you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.Your rightsUnder UK/EU GDPR, you have the right to:
